Terms of Service

You agree that you will not use TempMaily to:

• break any applicable law, or facilitate illegal activity;
• use a disposable address to abuse, defraud, or evade the terms of another service — for example, farming free trials, creating fake accounts at scale, or bypassing bans;
• receive or distribute malware, phishing, or other harmful content;
• attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Disposable-mail domains attract abuse. We monitor domain reputation and may, at our discretion, rate-limit, blocklist, rotate, or segment addresses and domains, and suspend access, to keep the service healthy for everyone. Report abuse to [email protected].

TempMaily is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mail is transient by design: free inboxes and their messages are deleted 24 hours after creation, and we do not guarantee delivery, availability, or that any message will be retained. Do not use a disposable inbox for anything you cannot afford to lose, and never as your primary or account-recovery email.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, domains, and limits at any time — including the free-tier retention window and rate limits — to operate the service responsibly. We will keep the published Privacy Policy and these Terms current when material changes are made.

Premium is a recurring subscription of $9.90 per month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize a recurring monthly charge until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime from the customer billing portal. Your Premium features remain active through the end of the paid period, then the account reverts to the free tier.
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW TO BE SET BY COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
